Week 2. Day 3. Activity 2. The right to an education.

Activity 2. The right to an education.
Turtle invent jetpacks

One day, Turtle was walking along the street, when a red blur hurtled straight past him. It was Fox! Turtle slowly ran up to him. "Why do you always run so fast!" he panted. "Why do you always run so slow!" chuckled Fox. Turtle grumbled. Then he had a bright idea! He would create something even Fox couldn't keep up with! You see, Turtle was an inventor. That's why his shell was always on his back. It was one of his inventions. He turned around and went home. Through the night, his neighbors could hear banging and clanking. Here we go again, they thought. The next day, when Fox was making his daily run around the neighborhood, a green blur sped straight past him. He was so surprised that he skidded to a stop. Was that what he thought it was? it couldn't be! It was Turtle, with a new invention on his back. He stopped in front of Fox and waved. Then he was gone.
The end.

  1. Hey Miro!

This is such a cool story! I really enjoyed it! How did you think of it? I would love to know what inspired you and gave you the ideas?

I like how you were able to write so much! I also really liked how you used interesting words like “hurtled, grumbled, clanking, skidded.” You made the story so fun to read by having so many interesting words.

Have you written any other stories before? You sound like you could become a really good writer!

Keep these amazing posts coming! I’m really enjoying them!

    Matilda :)
